At Gottex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygienic liners intact within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all Gottex designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
